Characteristics of NANOPERM Nanocrystalline Material

NANOPERM® is a nanocrystalline alloy for general purpose application in advanced developments for electronics.

NANOPERM® is an iron magnetically soft material with a grain size of approximately 10 nanometers.

NANOPERM®

Thin nanocrystalline ribbons manufacturing (spinning process) is performed by directing a flow of melted alloy from nozzle to fast (approximately 100 km/hour) rotating copper drum which is cooled by water supplying.
